IC Value disappear on IE8.

Hi All,

I am facing a issue in Internet explorer -8 in Interaction center.

From dropdown When I am choosing a value by checkbox,that value appearing & working fine in IE-9.

But same thing when I am doing in IE8, Value not appearing.

Can Any one helps ?

Hi Gourav,

Try using Compatibility view or add your url to Compatibility view Settings in IE8.

Hi Shobhit & all,

I have tried a lot.

Checked few sap notes & but not able to solve.

Error in IE8 : - Unknown run time error,after clicking on box,addrees not coming in BODY .

Same scenario working in IE9.

I have checked .htm page, but clueless.

Reason may be: IFRAME / INNER HTML / JSCRIPT / any other.

I am not sure ,can You & all Please help ?

Hi Gourav,

Have you tried the compatibility mode option ?

Also mention the component/view/attribute name (if any custom development being done there), that might help to get more answer

Better raise an incident with SAP on this.

Compatible option not working.

component is ICCMP_FAXLETTER & View is faxeditor .

This component & view both enhanced & .htm also.

Hi Gourav,

I did get a chance to look into it but since there is no specific error message coming in the UI which is linked to this code its hard for me to figure out from just the plain text code, without the actual system.

Its better to open the same screen in Firefox and use Firebug to debug the javascript code.
