Product ID is not visible in SRM Shopping Cart

Im not able to see product ID input field and Recipient field in SRM SC. please SEE the Image and help. I have checked all the enhancement. but i d't find any code where it could be hide explicitly.

Sir I have checked SPRO already but Product ID field and Good Recipient is not configured in it.

It seems that it is catalog item .

catalog item need not have materials.

Hey Ankit!

Have you tried the following, please?

Right click => More Field Help => Technical Help

Check the Web Dynpro Component (e.g./SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_BD). Then in your SRM R/3, t-code SE80, check the same as per attached file. If you browse the component tree or scroll in the table to the right, you can see the enhancements.

(right click -> reset personalisation).
