Characteristic value XXX does not exist for characteristic PRCTR Msg KE0C133

Hi All,

Please help me fix following error

I want to transfer planning data from SOP to COPA. When I do transfer, I got message :

Characteristic value  1000 6200 does not exist for characteristic PRCTR (Profit Center)

The characteristic "PRCTR" ("Profit Center") should be posted to Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). When the system checked the entries, it was established that the transferred characteristic value (" 1000 6200") is not valid in CO-PA.

I knew 1000 is Controlling Area and 6200 is Profit Center. But I do not know why system post 2 value to one Profit Center characteristic

I planned planning data in S991 (Plant, SOrg, DC, SOff, Material and Customer). I checked with SE16n and I saw my  data

I maintained following steps :

- COPA Profile, MC7P

  S991 version A00 , COPA Version 0. Record Type F, Plan indicator 1

- Characteristic assignment

  + S991-WERKS --> COPA - WERKS

  + S991-VKORG --> COPA - VKORG

  + S991-VTWEG --> COPA - VTWEG

  + S991-VKBUR --> COPA - KMVKBU

  + S991-MATNR --> COPA - ARTNR

  + S991-PKUNAG --> COPA-KNDNR

- Key figure Assignment

+ S991-FKIMG --> COPA-ABSMG

- Key for planning Activity

  Assign COPA Profile to Assignment. and Plan indicator = 1

Hi Quang Dao,

Please have a look at SAP Note

1532272 - Error message KE0C133 displayed concerning cost center or profit center using transaction ...

Please make sure that derivation date defined for your plan version in transaction OKEQN

is within validity dates of your Profit Centre.

you are correct. My profit center is valid from 01/01/2014. I plan from 01.10.2014. I change valid date of profit center to previous year and then.. DONE.
