WD4A appplication configuration

Hi Dear All,

I go through the tutorial 5 Component and Application Configuration SAP NetWeaver and encounter an issue. Would you anyone give me any hints.

When I tried to do the configuration according to the tutorial, I can not find any place to create a configuration. And even the layout of the configuration is different, I think it is caused by different release of sap. Could you please help me.
