Legal View and Profit Center View

Dear Gurus,

I've problem when Transfer Posting back posting (MIGO where input month 9,  posting month 😎 Plant A to Plant B with different profit Center between plant A and B (material with price control V).

After posting the accounting document i only can see from display currency on local crcy/profit center valuation on month 9 (doc 4800000). but in month 8 (doc 49000055) i can see from document currency, group currency and local crcy/profit center valuation

Doc Posting

Document that only see in local crcy/profit center valuation month 9

Document that can see all valuation : Document Crcy, Grp Crcy/Grp Valuation, local crcy/profit center valuation.

Document Currency

Group Crcy/Group Valuation

Profit Center Curr/Prof.Cent. Valuation

any gurus can explain why in month 9 i can't see in display currency document currency or Local Currency or Grp crcy/group valuation ?

Dear Guru,

I found in SAP Notes explain about why price change posting in current month for transaction back posting to previous month in MIGO_TR for price control V or S.

But i still confuse why its only posting in profit center view not all currency valuation.

Please need help....

If it is possible, try to repeat the same post and turn on the trace. At the end, verify what kind of strange action it does.

This is strange thing. Try to compare these documents in the BSEG and BKPF but in the document for period 9 hasn't  the same PK for period 8. And check this document in the GL view.

Did tou checked this document in the BSEG table? What is the currency and period in the table? Is it the same ledger?

the currency is IDR, and for profit center valuation currency USD. its same ledger.

how can i check fiscal year varian to GL account ?what is the transaction code ?

How come you have two FI documents, but only one CO and PA document ? is that normal?

Can you display the CO or PA document related to youe FI posting of Period 9 ?

OK, you have VAL\Controlling area currency is 0.00

I suppose your Profit center currency is the same as controlling area curency ?

on your other CO document related to FI posting in Period 8, do you have the same values ?

Dear Tamim,

this is the view of profit center valuation releted to FI posting in periode 9.

there is no CO document related to FI posting in periode 8

i'm activating parrarel view (Legal, Group, Profit center).

During material transfer posting from 1 profit center to another (same

company code) in back dated posting, the price difference (between

current price and last month price) are occur in legal, group, and

profit center view. However, the price change journal only posted in

profit center view.

it is SAP standard behaviour ?
