Unable to see package Logs

Hi We have a very strange issue with a specific user in our project. The user is not able to see the package logs. He is able to see for first 10 days of Sep and from there afterwards not able to see any logs. He can see all the previous logs.

In the Data Manager Tab under View Status when i click on view Status the package Status Dialogue box is dispalyed and he is able to see all the logs till  10th Sep and thereafter no logs are visible. When i check the log in my system with my user I can see all the logs after 10th Sep also till date.

Any guess what can be the issue
