Repository not loading--Urgent

Hi All,

We have 4 repositories mounted in a server. Two are loaded and running. But we are unable to load the other two repositories. When we click on Load, no action takes place. Can you please help us ASAP.

Hi Shamir,

Can you please provide MDS logs.

It could be a memory issue with MDS which is not allowing repositories to get loaded.

Hi Ravi,

I have now Unmounted the repositories and mounted them back. It works fine now.

How do i know the root cause of this issue. Appreciate your help.

Hi Shamir,

The root cause analysis can reveal the exact issue and for this we need to look at MDM server logs.

You can find it as shown in the snapshot.

Going through the time stamp when the issue occurred gives us a log file.You can use this file for analysis of your issue.

Please find attached snapshot highlighting MDS log.
