FCH1 check recipient - how to change layout?

Does anyone know of a way to change/add address fields that are displayed when the 'check recipient' icon is selected in FCH1?  We would like to add 'Street 4' and 'C/O' from the vendor record.

I believe it is a standard way they are picked up.

You can click on "change" icon in FCH1 (change/cash icon) and then enter the address manually.

Thanks for your reply. Street 4 and C/O are on the check address block already, in the 'Pay to the Order of' section.  What we are after is to have them show on FCH1, they don't appear there.  Without having to add them manually.  See the attached file for an example.

Hi Mark,

Have you updated the details in your vendor master? If not please update, and the details will flow from the next transaction onwards.For the tranaction already done you need to give the details manually.

I am not afraid if we can do anything to these fields, as the system is inherently designed in that way.

However, the available option is to copy the program / transaction code to bespoke one and change the underlying code in order to bring the relevant address fields.

Hi Mark,

Go to FCH1. Update the fields enter.

In the below screen select the change icon.

System shows the below screen Here you can update the address details.

You can also input the details manually in FCH6.
