How to implement beautiful tooltip?

Hi colleagues,

Working quite a lot with FPM UIBBs lately (HCM P&F) I came across a very nice tooltip that remained permanently displayed. It's not popping up at mouse-over alas. Still I realized that a form of that tooltip functionality exists in normal ABAP WD applications, when using sending out messages to the message area that are linked to a certain field on the screen. After clicking on the message in the message area the application scrolls to the field related to it and shows a tooltip with the text of the message above the field.

How can I build it in a way independent from the messages in the message area?

well it seems that there is some custom java script inserted there, maybe somewhere deep in the belly, as an HTML island...
