Configure workflow to send e-mails

Hello all,

I´m trying to configure mais access request workflow to send e-mails. Everything is ok at SCOT. Bellow the configuration I did at GRC AC:

1 - Applied Note 1741110 to create the Rule ID GRFNMW_INST_CURRENT_APPROVERS:

2 - Configured 2 Stage for the approval:

3 - Configured Stage 011 to send Notification:

Someone knows what I´m missing?

Hello whats the problem you are facing.should sent mails.

ensure..

WF-batch user has mail id maintained in su01.

all users/approvers has mail id maintained in as well

1st of all if you want to check if your mails notification are getting triggered.

in Process global setting set notification for User or requester to receive mail once request is submitted

that template is GRAC_AR_SUBMIT.

and same to once request is close template would be GRAC_AR_CLOSE

when you maintain at stage you can mail will go to particular approver of that stage.
