Hi All,
In ECC we have an integrated solution available between Sales Order and SM (CS) Service Orders where Variant Configuration can be used to customize the sales pricing and the associated services that needs to be on the Service Order (i.e. Operations/Material etc.). The concept of Service Product is used to invoke configurable Sales Service Material, which in turn calls a configurable task list. I have the following two questions:
1. Is the above described functionality available in CRM and can it be transferred over to ECC once the Sales Order and Service Order is created in CRM.
2. Can I only generate a Sales Order for Service and then run the VC part in ECC once the document is replicated in ECC
