Upgrading from SAP Business One 8.82 to 9.0

Hi All,

Good day!

Upon upgrading to SAP 9.0 from 8.82 the specific database could not be updated because the checkbox to be selected is disable and the status indicated is "Not Ready". Attached is the screenshot of the screen I am refering to.

Hi Ericka,

Try ticking Advanced Settings then set manager username and password for those database with 'Not Ready' status.

I have tried ticking the Advance Settings but there were fields for database login. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Hi Ericka,

Make sure to disconnect all connections to that database.

Like mailer, B1if, DI(if any)

Go to SQL server management Studio then right click on SQL server instance then click Activity Monitor
