Specify the key within the work area

Hello, SAP Gurus.

I got a problem, when i tray to define Illness types, in any language, example. spanish, english, german, and another languages always show me the message "Specify the key within the work area". But only language that permit to save is NL (Dutch).

How can I to fix this problem. Enclose pictures.

Hi Anderson

Try to create new entries via SM30 enter table name and select  No restriction radio button.

Thanks Rahul, for your answer, your suggestion has been help. But I found the language through define Illnes node (spro transaction) is NL, and I can´t to change another language, but in sm30 I have any problem with language. May be do you know why?
