When I open one program in ABAP Eclipse occur error below:

I use eclipse luna with SAP GUI 7.30 Patch 10 and windows 8.1 64 bits.

How I can solve this?

unfortunately our Luna version on the updatesite does not work with the latest patch version of eclipse. But the fix is already done. Will be available today.

Kepler version is working.

Version 2.31.5 is available on the Update Site.

Updating to this version should solve the issue.
