Claims carry forward issue

Dear Team,

We have a requirement that Claims should carry forward on monthly basis in current financial year to till date but it it should not be carryford between 2 Financial years.

Kindly suggest us the best solution for above requirement ASAP.

How do you currently handle Claims that you can not recover?

Either on the Last pay of the Financial Year or on the First pay of the new Financial Year, you will require to handle these unrecoverable claims, possibly through a WT on IT0015.

An ABAP resource could create a program to execute after the Last pay of the Financial Year and would create IT0015 valid on the First pay of the new Financial Year.

Hi Nagamani,

I think you can do whenever cross finacial comes you should pass the carry forward claims to next fanicial year through some custom wage type update in IT15 with next year 1st month and aading that amount to claim wage if it's required or pass this value to bank payment.

We should not carry forward to next financial year, it will carry frwd in current financial year 01.04.2014 to 31.03.2014 monthly basis , next financial year 01.04.2015 claims should not carry frwd

Ok ..that means you want to stop it or give some error at the time of payroll run?
