Unable to generate worklist in UDM_GENWL

Thanks Mark, if i display the log of my run i found it is successful and showing entries created this time but why error upfront when executing UDM_GENWL and trying to release the run. Also could you please shed some light on "In UDM_SPECIALIST once i go inside work list created , edit few items and come back it disappears and in order to make it reappear i have to rerun the program UDM_GENWL, what is the logic ?

that could be down to the rules within your collections strategy - you might have hit something that will mean the item is seen as "cleared" and therefore not showing - you can view open items - but when you come out of the customer account it asks around the status of the customer contact - some leave the customer in the list and others mark it as cleared or processed.
