Unable to uninstall B1 Integration Component

Dear experts,

I have 2 server machines:

1. Database / SQL server (BMSSQL1-SRV)

2.License server      (BSAPPS1-SRV)

I got a problem when uninstalling SAP B1 Integration Services in BSAPPS1-SRV. Firstly, i have successfully installed. However, when i open the Integration Framework, nothing appeared when i click on SLD and other menus. I decided to uninstall and reinstall. Problem begin when uninstall wizard stuck in removing registry entries. I cannot cancel or resume it. So I choose end task, which i know this will be an unclean uninstallation.

What i would like to ask :

1. What should i do to cleanly remove B1 Integration and have a clean reinstallation?

2. I have another machine, lets say SA-SRV. This machine used to be a SAP Production server (Database, License, integration service). I change the setting in SLD to map a B1 server to BMSSQL1-SRV& License BSAPPS1-SRV. Both JDBC & B1D1 are successfully  connected. Can i used this kind of connection?

i tried to connect from android but nothing happened.

SAP Version     : 9.0 PL 4

License server OS: Windows server 2012

Hi,

Try to use registry removal software if the removal is not completed by using add/remove program or uninstall wizard of SAP B1.
