Once a process orders has been completed how long before it becomes TECO automatically.

Note that the TECO statis is not going to be setup automatically except you have a job running to do such modification.
We don't know if you have or not such job.

The order never gets completed automatically. You must manually closed it or schedule a background job (on transaction COHV for example) to do it periodically.
