BEX Query Value not matching

Hi,

Please help me in the below issue.

My report design:

Period          KF

201405          1000

201406          2000

201407          3000

Total             6000

I designed my query to get the value 6000 instead i am getting the last month data i.e. 3000.

Please suggest me some ideas.

As suggested by Phani, exception aggregation "Summation" wrto Period will solve your problem.

HI,

please apply the exception aggregation.

open the query designer -> open the query -> create the new formul under column panel-> select column panle -> right click -> select new formula -> define the formula (KF) -> hit the aggregation tab -> aggregation type -> conter for all detail vaules that are null or zero (OR) summaiton

reference char -> period.

then check the data in r RSRT or bex analyzer

put the rows panle period.
