Hi Yaaa,

if anybody can advise me quickly it will be highly appreciated, we got the activity appointment when an appointment is created the assignment block Attendees i want to control my own values to get defaulted, example if it is approver i want it to default to different value, is this possible via standard config. or needs a development to control these values.

Prompt response will be highly appreciated.

To default the attendees, one method is via the Partner determination procedure Badi. You can default the values by coding in this badi.
