Quick Copy SAP 9.1

Hi experts Does anyone face problem with quick copy in 9.1

I go to inplementation center, starts quick copy.

I chose copy and then i can not go to choose what i want to copy

Dear Mr. Bloch,

thank you for your response. Notes documenting SAP Business One application error refer to version and patch containing the fix only after the fix is delivered. We do not include information about pla nned fix schedule in notes. This is why version 9.1 PL05 is not mentioned in note 2093989.

Information about the fix planning is always provided via customer incident.

I understand that the issue is very important to the customer. According to our testing the issue occurs only for screen vertical resolution of 768 pixels or lower (e.g. 1280 x 768 for example). There fore I suggest you to use display with higher screen resolution (e.g. 1280 x 1024) as a workaround.

I had the same problem, please increase your screen resolution and the button will show up at the bottom of the screen.

hello guys,

THE PROBLEM is the quick copy SCREEN itself: it is too large, just scroll down and you will find the buttons .... after you have selected the correct options it will be activated !

Hi Lukasz,

When you import records, you need to select the copy method, error handling

option, and copy options. The choice of these options may depend on the data

that already exists in the target company.

The copy method can be chosen to:

• Add new records and update records with matching keys

• Add new records but not update records with matching keys

• Update records with matching keys without adding new records

• Erase all existing records in the target database and add new records.

See the following screen shot:

1. Use the value on the source on target: Copy from File, then the following section should be filled correctly.

1.1. copy methid : Add new records but not update records with matching keys

2. Use the source : Copy to file then all sections then inactive.

You have define right side information first then only copy option will be shown.
