UI Theme designer error - modifying logo

Hello ,

When I save and build the theme (copied from standard blue theme) as per the documentation here , I am getting the following error at 33% and the processing stopped.I seem to have read somewhere that the logo size should be specific but I cant find it anymore.

Does anyone know what this error is or what the size of the logo is?

Now I am trying to copy and modify another theme as I cannot open standard blue crystal any more- (the button is disabled) for some reason. I am getting the following screen...

Basis team bounced the server for an unrelated error and the issue went away.
