Campaign and Lead specific reports on CRM Web client

Hello Experts,

I am trying to run the reports from web client for marketing area. And get the error

URL Call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Can anyone point me to the documentation where the service reference and any set up instructions are discussed to make this functionality work on web client?

Thank you for both the replies. We went through 2 documents namely B72 and C41 to confirm all settings. Later I ended up getting Template Issues and that is getting resolved at this time using RSA1 and Web Template (Format 3.0 X). I hope this helps someone.

Hi,

The link which you have selected are BI reports, To enable those standard report  you required the BI team input for the BI system setting changes and you have do the required configuration to enable the analytics, Check the note-1146395
