AIF Outbound Proxy - Payload cannot be retrieved

Hi everyone,

I have the following scenario: Outbound Proxy-->AIF-->PI-->File. The problem is that the output gives an empty file, which means the data is not getting passed through AIF. 

For the development I used this file: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/b03f1896-f3f1-3010-8593-f6611cf93...

As you can see, the payload in sxmb_moni is already empty.

This screenshot confirms that the data comes into AIF.

I have also defined a mapping in AIF, but I have the feeling that the data is not getting passed from the sap structure to the raw structure. Otherwise I cannot explain why the file is empty.

Does anybody have any idea, where is the problem?

I've managed to solve the problem. As expected the data was not passed from the sap structure to the raw structure.

Hi Ionut,

you can check the structure/value mapping in AIF as follows:

Click on "Technical Mode" in the AIF error handling transaction /AIF/ERR. Select a message. In the left lower part of the transaction you can see the "Transform" button. Press on it and the message will be mapped to target structure in a simulation. The target structure with all mapped fields is display in the lower right part where you normally sees the source data.
