BFC Datalink run problem

Hello,

We try to run a Data Link with the datasource is on the defined import folder on mapped N: drive. Report and destination file should be written on the same folder.

We have started Data Link over Citrix and over the BFC client installed locally on may laptop and it failed with the error :

          Error in the processing source file (or table)

          Error: abnomal end of the application

         The production report was not generated

          The target 'N:\Group_Financial_Consolidation\01_Group_Conytrolling\RejectedReport1.txt' is not valid

But if we start Data Link from application server it works correctly. But this is of course not what we want because the end users should be able to run a Data Link over Cotrix storing the mapped file into the defined folder structure.

Note : We have given the full control to the domain DCOM user and to the all Citrix users on N: drive and we have the same problem.

Hello Kamal,

This problem is maybe related to the underscore "_" in the file path, please check the following article:
