Dear experts,

Please, help needed. We’re struggling hard with the issue for a long time with OrgModeler. While creating scenario application can’t find org objects and then It’s impossible to create a scenario. Though it finds the root hierarchy in the orgchart. The Log file is enclosed. Thank you in advance.

Hi Chi,

the DB in which you saved the SAP tables is Oracle or SQL? In the DB there are the HRP1000, HRP1002 ecc tables, or not?

If the staged database is SQL, remember to set the collation SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AI

The startidoc receiver is running?

Hi Barbara,

Thanks for the help. It is oracle. Yes, all these tables extracted. Idoc receiver is running. We have already re-installed application several times. Now trying to set up this version: OrgModeler0911030101SCA.sca.

There are two weird things: seems like structure is not created properly in DB or something like this. When we re-create structure, it doesn't delete previous data. Presumably that might mean that DB user doesn't have enough privileges/rights. But we provided all rights and checked many times. We use the same configuration as in dev instance where everything works fine.

Best regards,

Chi

Chi.

Looking at the log file there's an error relating to the following file not being found:

/usr/sap/MLP/J00/j2ee/cluster/apps/Nakisa/OrgModeler/servlet_jsp/OrgModeler/root/.system/Admin_Config/__000__Prod/InterResources.XML

Is this file definitely in place?  I'm wondering if your build is maybe not pulling in all the files it needs from the base build template.

Also have you checked all of your Oracle database connections are identically defined and have been tested.  The log is showing an invalid port number specification, but this could just be fall out from an earlier error as it isn't the first.

Regards,

Stephen.
