Hide or remove zero value and keep the text

Hi gurus,

My client require the Balance sheet and Profit & loss  report which doesn't contain the zero value and keep the text and  format alive. when i have used the  emp option  remove empty and zero values  the whole format  changed. But my the format should change the while remove the zero vaule.

for example

I have resolve the issue by using the vb code in excel.
