The proper place to ask this question would be in either the Crystal for Eclipse forum here: http://scn.sap.com/community/crystal-reports-for-eclipse or, if you're opening your reports from BusinessObjects or Crystal Reports server, then you would ask it in the Java SDK forum that Sastry referenced. It can be found here: http://scn.sap.com/community/bi-platform/java-sdk.
3. A web application will never look exactly the same as a desktop application. What you're seeing is the way that the parameter screen works with the viewer that comes with the Java SDK.
