dear
you are doing fresh installation or system copy

but as you choose swpm check below detail as your SAPNETWEAVER7.1x then you have to use

SWPM10SP<support package number>_<patch level>*.SAR are you using the same check this out

For software provisioning manager, there are two archives:

For systems based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0x, use archive:

70SWPM10SP<support package number>_<patch level>*.SAR

For systems based on SAP NetWeaver 7.1x and higher, use archive:

SWPM10SP<support package number>_<patch level>*.SAR

You can find both archives at http://service.sap.com/sltoolset --> Software Logistics Toolset 1.0 --> <System Provisioning entry in the table> --> download tool --> <your platform>. Latest archive as of today would be SWPM10SP06_5-20009700.SAR.

Rohit,

If you would have selected SWPM from the below path then you should get that option to Navigate to the Central System to Install.

I want to install EHP7 so I am selecting the option available in SWPM for same i.e Business Suite 2013.

Over there I am not getting Option for Central Instance.

Hi

Select the here under path for installing a central system.

Central instance terminology is gone, SAP now talks of Primary application server

=> What's new in SAP NetWeaver 7.3 - A Basis perspective Part-I

Regards

Or this for a distributed installation

Primary application server

Choose Typical,

Provide UC KERNEL 7.40,

Hi Rohit,

You have to navigate to Central System not Target System.

here it is  :-   in swpm- sapinst-ehp7 erp 6.0-sap application server as abap-oracle-central system -central system.

Hi Rohit,

Kindly paste the screenshot . I think instead of Target system it shoud have to be standard or central system.
