Customer Role replication from ECC to CRM

Hi,

I have a customer in ECC with roles Sold-to party, ship-to party and Payer. The same Customer in CRM has only sold-to and Ship-to party roles.

I have to relpicate that Payer for that customer from ECC to CRM. Please tell me which download i have to perform. Customer_Main or Customer_Rel?

Hi Dinesh,

You can use Customer_main however this is an initial load for all customers unless specific filters are set. A better option would be to create a request load for the specific customer in R3AR2 and running the request via transaction R3AR4. You can also monitor the request in transaction R3AR3. Hope this helps!
