Hello

You are using user status with radio option. That means before status E0030 other status should be reached prior to status E0030.So Please activate the Status Prior to E0030 and save and come back activate status E0030.

Hi Rakesh,

Thanks for you reply. Please suggest how to activate the status before to E0030.The status that should be activated before E0030 is user or system status. If it is user status, in my PM configurations, only one user status should be active at a time for an operation in work order .The issue encountered for only few work orders.

Please kindly suggest the work around solution.

Thanks in advance.

As requested by Sebastian above, can you please send a screen-shot of the user-status profile from transaction OIBS.

Hi Sravanthi,

This will be difficult for us to explain why the error message is populated since its belong to user status.

1. Check whether the Order is Released / Created

2. How many user status you have in your system ?

3. This check can be kept to avoid release of work order / order components.

Regards

We need to see the screen-shot of your OIBS settings before we can advise.

Greetings Polu,

Your problem is related to the User Status. Therefore, can you post:

1) Full error text including the Message no.

2) A screen-shot of your User Status Profile from OIBS?
