Object link EKKO (ME23N and ME43)

Hello

In SPRO -> Document Management -> Control data -> Mantain screen for object link has:

SAP object: EKKO

Screen: 248

In SPRO -> Document Management -> Control data -> Mantain key fields has:

Table: EKKO

T-code: ME33K

Field name: EBELN

PID: BES

Table: EKPO

T-code: ME23N

Field name: EBELN

PID: BES

Field name: EBELP

PID: BSP

For this case 2 it´s OK but for case 1 has a problem (see attachment)

Object link Purchase Order OK

Object link RFQ not OK

Can you help me?

It´s necessary create another scren to RFQ?

Hi ,

For RFQ you need to choose object EBAN and not EKKO.

But my problem is:

T-code: ME43 (Quotation)

Field name: ????

PID: ???

EKKO exists to ME23N but I need to ME43 too

Hi ,

For RFQ information from EKKO you may need to use below information as well

EKKO-BSTYP = 'A'.

(Purchasing Document Category )

EKKO-BSART = 'AN'.

(Purchasing Document Type)

Good option for SAP DMS would be to use EBAN table as suggested in response above.
