File locked in KM

Dear All,

We have an enterprise portal version is 7.00  SPS- 28.

When the user is trying to edit a file in KM content it shows that file is locked, but it couldn't shows who is locked.

After a while it automatically works but the problem is why it is locked frequently.

I have check the resource locks in report but no idea.

Kindly help us to solve this issue.
