Hi,
I am trying to develop a flow using NW BPM.
I have created a inbound Service interface in ESR which has external definition as message type. When I import it in BPM(using import WSDL option) , it created namespace and service interface within, which is perfect, but it did not create any data type under Data Types section.
My question is, how to create Data Objects artifact if service interface is developed using external definition.
Thanks
Sandeep Maurya

Hi Sandeep,
Services interfaces are based on a message type, an external definition or a RFC structure.
If you pointed to an external definition, there is no need to create a data type and message type.
Kind regards,
Dimitri

In the design studio where you design the BPM flow in NWDS, on the right hand side, there is a palette...in the palette, you will find a container called 'Artifacts'. Expand that container. You will find the Data Object Artifact inside. Just Drag and drop that object in your process flow design and assign it a datatype.
