Address Validation

Hi All,

I am working on the Data quality Transforms for Address Cleansing, As part of this can anybody tell me how to do the Address is valid or not. How to achieve the below points.

1) Check if the Address is valid.

2) Do we need to use Real time batch jobs for the same.

Please let me know more information on this as I am new for this.
