Hi Experts,
Is there any way to do text analysis ( facebook and twitter) after the ports/tweets reach sap crm? The focus is to segregate social media inputs into complaints,feedback sales enquiry.
Any pointers would be appreciated!

Hi Aneesh,
There are BADi's available in SAP through which you can do text and sentiment analysis.As per SAP its better suited for HANA database as analysis can be quite complicated .
