Order not created in crm.

Hi Experts ,

For order creation we have created one action profile and action definition.In action definition,we assign copy_document method.This method are copying all the data of opportunity.when we execute z report against opportunity number (for order creation report) action definition not executed successfully. But when we open this opportunity number on webui then click on edit then save the opportunity then this action definition is succesfully triggers . Why this is happening ?

Hello Puneet,

Are you trying to execute the action definition method via a 'Z' report program?

If that is the case, i would advice you to execute the scheduled actions using

transaction SPPFP OR report RSPPFPROCESS based on the variant (Applicaiton, Action Profile and Action definition).

OR

Put your code from action definition into your 'Z' report.

Also, make sure that your opportunity is not locked by anyone while the action or 'Z' report is trying to process it.
