Limit for number of records

Hi Team,

Could you please let me know if there is limitation in the number of records retrieved from Bex to Analysis Office.

When I refresh a report with 59000 records in analysis for excel it says "Size limit of result set exceeded"

Please let me know your inputs.

Hi - please see   - you need to change/look at your registry settings

Just before posting I read this however the registry entry isnt there at the location mentioned.

I am using Adv Analysis 1.4 on 32 bit OS and MS Office 2010.

I also found the SAP Note: 1656983 - result set size limit exceeded

It also mentions regarding the registry entry however that entry is not present

I have created the entry manually but no luck

Hi Pavan - did you follow the instructions in the help for the registry settings?  That should work

If not I recommend opening an incident/message with SAP Support
