Master data replication from SAP ECC to SAP CRM

Dear Experts,

Master data like Equipments,Customers and Materials not replicating in our Quality environment from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP CRM 7.0.

Previously working Middleware configuration is untouched and this is happending from the day client copy Export has been done to SAP ECC Quality server from SAP ECC Producation server.

Kindly help to resolve this replication issue.

Hi Roopa Melam,

Try to delete any data in the table "CRMPRLS" in the SAP ERP system.

Always do this when occur copy of clients.

Thanks Anderson...It worked after deleting entries and modifying master data in SAP ECC.

Hello Roopa,

Can you elaborate on the errors you face? For.e.g you might have queues in SYSFAIL in SMQ1 of ECC which would say 'Logical System Changed' etc.?

Hi Rohit,

Thanks for responding...No outbound queue is triggering to SAP CRM after creation/changing the master data in SAP ECC, so no inbound queue/bdocs found in SAP CRM.

This could possibly mean that the events are not triggered on changing the master data. can you please check the entries maintained in tables TBE31 and TBE11 on the ECC and compare it with another ECC client where the replication works?
