Dear Experts,
Not able to access/edit object list in Service Contracts since system is running for long hours resulting in runtime errors.
Error Message:
'The program "SAPLCRM_ORDPRP_I_OB" has exceeded the maximum permitted runtime
without
interruption and has therefore been terminated.'
Kindly suggest some ideas or what is the limit for object list/equipment list per item or per contract.
steps followed to edit:
1. CRMD_ORDER-->Enter Service Contract ID-->EDIT-->Double click on item-10 having nearly 15000 equipment-->click on Object List tab

Hi,
Raise it to basis team and ask them to increase the maximum time limit ans the storage.If every thing is fine from the system admin side.Just do the trace analysis and tht will provide some hint. with respect to the trace create some secondary index to the table where it is taking more time
