How to Integrate VE Model with SAPME as Work Instruction

Hi All,

I have started exploring on VE and my target is to create a 3D Model in Visual Enterprise Author and the same I want to use as a Work Instruction within my SAP ME Operation. Can I get some URL or file path to access it from other application? Another question is - to open the model from local system browser do I need to install Visual Enterprise Author or  Visual Enterprise Viewer is enough for it.

Can anybody provide any suggestion?

Hi Chandash,

To view the RH model with work instructions, you will need to download and install the SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer. This is a free download from the SAP Store.

In relation to using the Viewer (calling) from another application, you will also find the SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer SDK available on the SAP Store. Please also see the link here to the SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Developer Center.
