I have been 4.5 years of experience in sales and marketing. I am planning to do SAP CRM Functional course from ATOS India. Will it be a good choice and wat are the career prospects in crm. Do my foreign degree help me in the future

Hello,

I like SAP CRM very much and I am technical consultant for it for more then 15 years. One thing to keep in mind is that the software market for CRM is very competitive and that there are other vendors for it in addition to SAP. But still I like it very much and it is much more modern than SD.
Experience in sales and marketing is a great plus for any functional consultant. Although I don't see how electronics-degrees will help you very much except maybe training your loocial and technical thinking.
