Launch Page Admin - On Save Error

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to change a catalog target URL. When I hit Save, I get an error as shown below:

In my DEV system it works fine but in QA it gives and error. I've identified a difference in the Chrome debugger window in the Request Payload under "scope". In the system where it works (DEV), "scope" = "CUSTOMISING" and where it does not work (in QA) "scope" = "CONFIGURATION". Does anyone know how to change this in the backend system or what I have done wrong or even if that's the reason why I'm getting the error in the first place??

Hi Warren,

What is the URL parameter for starting the launchpad designer? Please share the URL without hostname.

Hi Masa,

I managed to fix the issue myself by removing the service and reinstalling. It seems that the service was corrupt however I am unable to confirm if that was the real reason.
