Hello Experts,
I am doing the configuration on LSO.
I am stuck at the workflows part.
Could any one please provide me the Workflow step details,as i am using the following two workflows
WS12000003 for booking request Approval
WS12000004 for booking request cancellation
I have copied the above standard workflows and stuck at the Task type
I m confused as, i have to use the standard task id or the custom task id?
Please Suggest
Thanks and Regards,
Radhika G

Hi All,
Thanks for the replies..
I am using the standard workflows WS12000003 and WS12000004 for LSO.
Can you please tell me, which standard task id i have to use for booking approval and cancellation and also kindly let me know the SWFVISU configuration visualization parameters for the same task id.
Thank you..
Issue resolved..
Thanks & Regards,
Radhika

the above you listed are for Leave request and not for LSO. check here http://scn.sap.com/thread/3593065 and SPRO path for the customisation

If you want to change the workflow, copy the WF and if you want change any tasks inside the workflow, copy the task and use the custom task id else use the standard task ids.
