issue in extraction phase while doing upgrade from solman 7.0 to 7.1

Dear All,

When we are doing an upgrade from Solman 7.0 to 7.1 facing, below issue

few days back we have done copy of production machine into clone machine and performing upgrade on clone machine ..

I have done as per above note , but i have the same issue

Before Upgrade we have Upgraded the kernel to 721 .

to resolve / avoid encountering this issue you must ensure you are compliant with the two below SAP Notes with respect to the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Environment on the system:

1. #684106: Microsoft runtime DLLs
2. #1375494: SAP system does not start after applying SAP kernel patch
