Investigation Summary report / Add Report in Incident

Hi

We are facing issue in EHSM CE 4.0 - Incident Management (EHP 6.0)

Basis Component: SAP_BASIS 731 SP10

1) When we are trying to add Investigation summary report, option is enable

 

2) Incident Add report function not show us any report which configured in SPRO.

 

SAP Note mentioned in EHSM Master Guide are already checked (1798727) and not applicable as we have updated versions.  

Configuration Activity

1) Specify Forms

2) Specify Form Groups and Assign Forms

3) Assign Forms to Regulations

4) Specify Inquiry Forms ( Inquiry Form)

Hello Sunil,

In SPRO, under SAP EHS Management --> Incident Management --> Investigation -- Specify steps, have you assigned interactive forms to the different investigation steps ?

Hello Sunil,

Yes, usually you need to add the file that will be called. In your screenshot, I see nothing related to Summary generation (also I do not have currently access to a system, which doesn't help).

I was also thinking about two other options :

- did you check if the process Report generation and corresponding workflow were correctly set up ?

- did you check authorizations ?
