Data not coming at correct position in HTML 3.2

We are facing formatting issues when exporting to HTML 4.0 using Crystal 2013 from a VB6sp6 application.

On opening a crystal 8.5 rpt file in crystal designer 2013 & then exporting the file in HTML3.2 format from crystal designer, same issue exists. This issue is reproducible only in Excel. Reports are exported fine in other formats.

The same rpt file when run from Crystal 8.5 and 13 gives different results.

Snapshot of Crystal 13(HTML 4):

Here is the snapshot of Crystal 8.5(HTML 3.2) :

PS: This issue is only appearing on HTML 3.2 and not on HTML 4.

Is this a bug in the API?

Very confusing post / information...

using Crystal 2013 from a VB6sp6

CR 2013 does not install any SDK, so what version of CR are you referencing in your VB 6 app? What CR files are you referencing?

Your screenshots are not coming through - at best I get challenged for some login...

How do I square HTMP export to Excel export(?):

CR 2013 does not install any SDK, so what version of CR are you referencing in your VB 6 app? What CR files are you referencing? - A .NET library handles the display of reports in CR13. This library has been developed by us which reference the DLLs installed by the CR 2013.

Your screenshots are not coming through - at best I get challenged for some login... - The screenshots have been embedded in the post itself and my colleagues were able to view them as well. I use Chrome as my browser.

How do I square HTMP export to Excel export(?): Please ignore this comment, i included this by mistake.
