how to enhance RESRSE for rent based on sales

Dear Gurus,

I have the following escenario:

1- There is a condition type A001 (basic rent), with the posting parameters  (“A” /Fixed Amount).

2- From the above condition is derived A016 condition type which has the posting parameter  (“U “ Sales-Based Rent).

This condition type generate reference condition type A016 when transaction RESRSE  is executed

3- Above condition type is are subject to IPC Index process.

4- When transaction REAJPR (index adjustment) is run just A001 is counted for increment

The issue here is force above transaction to run over A016 also if the A001 make an increment

Is there anyway to make it?, Badi or FM?

I appreciate a lot  your help on this matter.
