I have seen the screenshot which is attached by your. That could be error of SAP. They might have uploaded the Oracle OLD and NEW RDMS CD on the SMP.
Download the CD which has big in size. It will work for you.

you can find it by opening http://service.sap.com/oracle. - Oracle 10.2 Software (64-bit) -Installation - Microsoft Windows - ORACLE Database . Then you can find download object 51040057_4 and 51041676_4. That's where my confusion comes from.

Oracle 10.2.0.5 is out of support now. Please upgrade the same to Oracle 11.2.0.3 or higher.
