Hi Anil,
Sorry for the delay reply, i am on long vacation til now.
if i click on the check SLD connection ,here i found the user name , is it correct RFC user or not?
if it is correct , please let me know how can i change it.
As per my knowledge SU01 through this TCode i can able to change or unclock user.
Regards,
Prasad
Hi Prasad,
Yes, you can goto T-Code SU01 and check if the RFC User maintained for the SLD connection in Portal exists in R/3 system or not.
If it exists, check for the roles and authorizations and finally unlock and reset the password.
Then, login with the RFC User in R/3 system and after changing the initial password of the RFC User, change the type of User from Dialog User to Service User / Communication User and the password of this user should never expire else you'll face issues in Portal.

Anurag
Hi Prasad,
its not mandatory that both the SLD connection user and the RFC destination users both are same.
In order to check the RFC destionation user,As mentioned in the document goto -->http://domain:50000/webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tc~wd~tools~admin/Explorer-->Maintain Jco Destionations
Select your Jco destinations and click on edit their you can see the userid.
Hi Prasad,
Better ask Basis guy to change the password for RFC user.
Login into rfc user and change the default password of it.
Maintain the jco destination again (follow the image )
Check the RFC destination in NWA as suggested by ^Anil. If the same user is maintained there then only change the user id n password.
And remember only for model data Jco user id and password is maintained.
Thanks,
Aashima
it was really good,tankx alot

Hi Prasad
The error clearly says that the user password expires and check wheather user got locked....Just try to login with the user which you have created for Jco in the R/3 .
